A shout out to my dear friends Frank De Lio and Mauro Arturi, Senior Executive Directors who lead a group of more than 500 advisors in the FML Organization of Experior Financial Group.

We’ve spoken over the last few years about developing an advanced training program for their top advisors to learn how to work with HNW and UHNW clients.

Our 2 hour kick-off session yesterday was attended by 2 dozen of the top Executive Directors in the FML Organization!

I explained the importance of being problem solvers and building a team of professionals to help sophisticated clients understand the importance and use of tax-exempt insurance for business owners, entrepreneurs, professionals and affluent families.

They especially loved learning about the use of strategic philanthropy to help clients convert taxes into charity.

Two hours went by so quickly.

A lot of note taking was going on and many arms hurting from writing down all the great ideas!
